• The groundnut package is a 2 years farm investment plan.

• Subscribers shall get their returns / profits on the project every 4 months, except the first returns which is after 6 months.

• Subscribers shall receive a returns of 10% on actual project fee which is N75,000 per cell in a totality of 5 times during the entire 2 years program.

• Subscribers are at liberty to roll over the initial project fee paid or call back their capital, only after 2 months after the 5th returns received i.e if the last returns was received in May ending, then the capital can be rolled over or called back only by July ending.

• All subscribers understand that there is a N5,000 admin and management fees per cell of the groundnut allocation.

• No subscribers has been cajoled or forced or manipulated in any way to enter into the farm project investment packages with Xtralarge farms.

• The subscribers shall not interfere in any way with the execution of farm projects. Your only involvement is by way of subscription for the allocations, and payment thereafter, after which xtralarge farms shall execute all projects and pay the returns into the bank account of subscribers.

• There is an agreed commencement period of the subscription, which is usually not earlier than one month after payment is made, irrespective of date paid and subject to availability of allocations.

• The subscriber fully understands that this project is for CHICKEN PROJECT INVESTMENT by XTRALARGE FARMS and runs in a cycle of 8 months with an automatic rollover system. Which means, profits shall accrue and be paid directly into the subscribers bank account every 8 months.

• All allocations are automatically rolled over unless the subscriber writes a notice of termination.

• You cannot terminate this package earlier than two cycles i.e not less than sixteen months from the commencement of the project., and you must give at least six months notice before termination.

• There is an agreed commencement period of the subscription which is usually not earlier than one month after payment is made and confirmed, and subject to availability of allocations.

• No subscriber has been cajoled or forced or manipulated in any way to enter into the CHICKEN PROJECT INVESTMENT packages with Xtralarge Farms.

• The subscriber shall not interfere in any way with the execution of farms projects, your only involvement is by way of subscribing and payment for the allocations. Xtralarge shall execute all projects and pay returns into bank account of subscribers.

• Xtralarge Farms reserves the right to terminate this package and make a refund of subscriber’s funds at anytime for any reasons that may arise in future.

Please note that the new chicken package is now 8 months, in view of recent hike in poultry feed prices and other factors affecting the profitability of the project.
Hence, instead of reducing the profit, we elongated the tenure a little bit to be able to meet up with all the changes.

• You must be a member of Xtralarge family by registering on www.xtralargefoodnetwork.org.

• You apply for the land for free on www.xtralargefarms.com

• You pay an intent fee of #20,000 per plot of land and get an interim allocation schedule.

• You must be ready to cultivate the land only after you have observed the following. Readiness to commence cultivation immediately is by observing the following:

  • Paying the cultivation fee of #300,000 per plot which includes: Land clearing charges, Ploughing and harrowing, Purchase of seeds, Farm worker wages for the whole 3 years, Insurance

  • Xtralarge Farms shall be responsible for cultivating the farm land on your behalf for the first 3 years and a 30% returns on cultivation fee paid into your bank account once annually, though the first returns drops in 20 months to allow for land preparation etc.

• You must be ready to attend the free Agric training for one weekend at Xtralarge Farms and become a certified farmer.

• Allocation of land is done in batch of 100s at the end of your training and you shall pay a sum of #30,000 for certificate of allocation and deed of transfer, plus #5,000 T-shirt for allocation party.

• At the end of the first 3 years (putting into consideration that the first year is 20 months because of land preparation), you shall write to Xtralarge notifying us whether you are ready to take up the land and continue the cultivation by yourself or you want us to still continue cultivating for you.

• You must be ready to be physically present (you or your representative) at least once in a year for the farm day as we together monitor the progress of the farm lands.

• Cultivation and intent fees paid at the initial stage are non-refundable.

• Upon issuance of interim allocation schedule, you must pay up your cultivation fees not later than 90 days or forfeit the land to another interested applicant.

• The subscriber fully understands that this project is a special BEANS PROJECT designed for the Naija60 free farmland owner managed by XTRALARGE FARMS and runs in a cycle of 10 months with an automatic rollover system. Which means, profits shall accrue and be paid directly into the subscribers bank account every 10 months.

• Subscribers shall receive a return of 12% ( i.e N10,800) on actual project fee of N90,000 per slot.

• All subscribers are to pay N10,000 as admin and management fees per slot of the Beans allocation.

• With the conversion of the Naija60 plot(s) of farmland to this project, the subscriber no longer holds claim to the initial Deed of Sales issued to him/her on the Naija60 free farmland.

• All allocations & capital are automatically rolled over for the next session unless the subscriber writes a notice of termination.

• No subscriber has been cajoled or forced or manipulated in any way to enter into the BEANS PROJECT PACKAGE with XTRALARGE FARMS.

• The subscriber shall not interfere in any way with the execution of farm projects, your only involvement is by way of subscribing and converting the Naija60 plot(s) for the allocations. Xtralarge shall execute all projects and pay returns into bank account of subscribers.

• Xtralarge Farms reserves the right to terminate this package and make a refund of subscriber’s funds at anytime for any reasons that may arise in future.
