The pineapple project is for a period of five years.

Subscribers shall subscribe for one or more allocations by registering on the website and make payment to the designated company bank account to the tune of #390,000 for the actual project fee and #10,000 admin and management fee totaling #400,000.

The returns of #175,000, shall accrue and be paid to subscribers once in a year for a period of five years per allocation.

The returns of #175,000 to be received per allocation by each subscriber is an addition of the capital and profit together. Thus, there is no funds remaining to be collected after the five years plan.

There is an agreed commencement period of the subscription which is usually not earlier than one month after payment is made and confirmed, and subject to availability of allocations. Please note also that the first returns is receivable after 15 months of commencement of the package. E.g if you subscribe in November 2020, you get your first alert by 28th February 2022

No subscribers has been cajoled or forced or manipulated in any way to enter into the farm project investment packages with Xtralarge farms.

The subscribers shall not interfere in any way with the execution of farm projects. Your only involvement is by way of subscription and payment for the allocation. Xtralarge farms shall execute all projects and pay returns into the bank accounts of subscribers.
